What we build, where we build it, and why it matters.
Genterra is an integrated industrial corporation operating across four planetary bodies. Our work spans resource extraction, atmospheric and ecological stabilization, large-scale evacuation infrastructure, and the workforce platforms that coordinate it all.
Resource Networks
Extraction, refining, and distribution of the critical materials humanity needs to maintain — and rebuild — modern civilization. Operating at scale on Earth, Luna, Mars, and the Belt.
Interplanetary Logistics
Cargo, personnel, and infrastructure movement between Genterra sites, governed by a single unified scheduling and routing platform with 99.94% on-window delivery.
Evacuation Infrastructure
Contingency-ready transport, habitation, and relocation systems for regions facing climate destabilization, resource exhaustion, or population pressure.
Atmospheric Programs
Direct-air capture arrays, oceanic alkalinity enhancement, and methane mitigation across six continental partnerships and one Martian regolith pilot.
The BITS Initiative
The Biological Integrated Task Substrate is Genterra's revolutionary workforce allocation framework — a unified operator platform that matches human capability to mission-critical demand at unprecedented efficiency.
Civic Partnerships
Long-term operating agreements with seventeen national governments and forty-two municipal authorities, providing turnkey resource and continuity services.
Biological Integrated Task Substrate: the platform behind the platform.
BITS is Genterra's foundational workforce optimization technology. By integrating operator capability data, real-time mission requirements, and long-horizon resource forecasts into a single substrate, BITS allocates the right person to the right task across every site we operate.
The result is the most efficient industrial workforce in human history — and a measurably more fulfilled one. Operators within the BITS framework report 4.1× higher purpose alignment than industry baselines.
How operators experience BITS →Four planetary bodies. One continuous operation.
The Foundry
Terra Prime
Arid, rocky, dust-swept. Genterra's oldest operating site, and the planet that built everything else. Open-pit extraction yields iron, titanium, and rare-earth feedstock at 4.2 million tonnes annually — the structural shells that ship onward to Terra Mare's loading docks. Refinery flare visible from orbit. Third-generation crews maintain foundry uptime at 96%.
The Reservoir
Terra Mare
Ocean. Tidal-scale electrolysis pumps draw hydrogen and oxygen at planetary throughput, cooling the output to cryogenic propellant for every vessel that leaves the inner system. Empty hulls arrive from Terra Prime and depart fueled to specification. Sea-level draw-down remains within the corridor projected at program inception. The decommissioned coastal districts have been re-zoned for industrial use.
The Distillery
Terra Aether
Stratospheric, banded, perpetually storming. Tethered skimmer platforms harvest noble gases, oxidizers, and high-altitude volatiles, refining them into the precision reagents that pair with Terra Mare's propellant inside every assembled stage. Output ships continuously to Terra Nova's gantries. Crews rotate on multi-year cycles; surface return is not currently scheduled. Platform uptime exceeds 99%.
The Destination
Terra Nova
Green, temperate, largely untouched. Coastal gantries receive completed stages from Terra Aether and integrate them on the launch line. This is the planet every other site is pointed at — the one that will carry humanity, subject to manifest, into the next century. Surface impact remains within projected parameters.
Built for the next century. Operating today.
Every Genterra facility, vessel, and operator is part of a single coordinated system designed to make the impossible routine.
